Dannell Ellerbe Sat Out Of Practice Today

Dannell Ellerbe sat out the Ravens’ first practice in preparation for Super Bowl XLVII.

The starting inside linebacker has been dealing with an ankle injury for a couple months and a back ailment was added to the injury report in the week leading up to the AFC championship.

Neither injury has kept Ellerbe out of a game, and it would be surprising to see it affect his status for the Super Bowl. (Via Baltimore Ravens.com)
