NFL playoff schedule 2013: Falcons-49ers, Ravens-Patriots on tap

With four teams vying for a shot at the Super Bowl on Sunday, you need to know where to find the best coverage. Here's a rundown of both games and what you need to know.

Rob Carr

The Ravens seek revenge for last year's playoff defeat when they face the Patriots on Sunday evening. We've already seen Baltimore take down New England once this season, and with both teams playing at such a high level down the stretch, we should expect another close contest.

From the NFC we have a Falcons team fighting for respect and a 49ers squad looking to prove they made the right decision at quarterback. Colin Kaepernick could easily make Jim Harbaugh look like a genius or cause everyone San Francisco fan to question him depending on the outcome of the NFC Championship.

Here's the rundown of Sunday's schedule and where you can find great coverage on each team.

NFC Championship, 3:00 p.m. on FOX

Atlanta is on the verge of making just its second trip to the Super Bowl in franchise history. Matt Ryan continues to lead his team to late-game comebacks in his fifth pro season. The Falcoholic is sure to have all the Falcons coverage you need when kickoff rolls around.

For San Francisco, another performance like last week's from Kaerpernick should be enough to put them in the biggest stage in all of football. The second-year quarterback rushed for 181 yards and scored four total touchdowns against Green Bay. You can get all your 49ers coverage at Niner Nation.

AFC Championship, 6:30 p.m. on CBS

The Patriots may have escaped with a victory in last year's AFC Championship, but they weren't able to top the Ravens back in Week 3. Playing without Rob Gronkowski again, how will they respond? If you want to check out Patriots coverage (we won't blame you if you don't), head on over to Pats Pulpit.

As for the Ravens, you're already where you need to be, so congrats. A few storylines from Baltimore Beat Down'sfinest:

- Joe Flacco was put on the cover of Sports Illustrated. Is he cursed for this weekend?

- Justin Tucker doesn't sit around reminiscing about Billy Cundiff's blunder. He's confident is what he brings to Baltimore.
