Denver's potential loss could be Baltimore's gain.

Denver and Baltimore face off in Week 1 in a rematch of the thrilling AFC divisional round playoff game, which saw the Ravens win 38-35 in double overtime. Considering Elvis Dumervil signed with Baltimore this offseason, losing Von Miller will be a further blow to Denver when the season opens.
Miller is entering his third NFL season after being drafted as the second overall selection in 2011. In just two seasons, Miller has totaled 30 sacks, including a staggering 18.5 in 2012. If he's in fact out in Week 1, that likely means more time for Joe Flacco and the offense to operate.
