The Baltimore Ravens are facing the same problems that have dogged them for years, which is the inability to put the ball in the end zone. They've been on the Detroit Lions side of the field a bunch of times but still trail them 17-6 at the end of the first half at home in M&T Bank Stadium.

This is preseason, so don't despair Ravens fans, but when the offense drives down the field only to settle for three points and then the opponents does the same thing yet finishes with six, it gets a bit frustrating. Ravens QB Joe Flacco appears in total control and flung the ball all over the field, hitting receivers who sometimes just did not hold onto a well-thrown pass.

Meanwhile, Lions QB Matthew Stafford was super sharp, finding his favorite receiver, Calvin Johnson for over 100 yards and a score. Why the Ravens don't double or even triple team Megatron is beyond me, as he is virtually un-coverable by just one person.
