With the draft looming in just over three weeks, NFL teams are permitted to bring in up to 30 players to visit their facilities in order to put them through a rigorous series of workouts and physical examinations. The Baltimore Ravens have already begun this process, with as many as eight players mentioned as being brought in. As of this writing, seven of them should have been at One Winning Drive in Owings Mills, Maryland, with one more scheduled tomorrow. Of course, with 30 players permitted, the Ravens most likely will considerably expand this list over the next few weeks leading up to the day of the draft, beginning on Thursday, April 26th.
According to Pro Football Talk, these are the eight players and the scheduled dates of their visits to Baltimore include:
Ron Brooks, CB, LSU (3/30)
Buddy Jackson, CB, Pittsburgh (3/30)
Josh Robinson, CB, Central Florida (3/30)
Phillip Thomas, CB, Syracuse (3/30)
Dre Kirkpatrick, CB, Alabama (?)
Peter Konz, OC, Wisconsin (?)
Nelson Rosario, WR, UCLA (4/3)
A.J. Jenkins, WR, Illinois (4/4)
