Now that the trade for the right to draft Baylor QB Robert Griffin III is done, SB Nation has put out their latest 2012 NFL Mock Draft with the trade and subsequent picks in mind. The draft will obviously change a bit as soon as Peyton Manning makes his final decision where he will play this season, and then it will change drastically after the feeding frenzy known as free agency begins at 4pm today.

What teams sign which veteran players could definitely affect their draft boards and change the picks, which will begin to take shape over the next few days and weeks, as the top names should sign almost immediately after the frenzy starts, and then the others over the next few weeks.

This latest SB Nation Mock Draft has the Baltimore Ravens losing out on Alabama linebacker Dont'a Hightower, who unfortunately, seems to be the perfect fit for the Pittsburgh Steelers with their #24 pick. The Ravens are projected here to select Wisconsin guard Kevin Zeitler. Here's what Ryan Van Bibber says about this pick:

"A surprise entrant to the first round, Zeitler is turning heads for his ability as a run blocker. The Ravens need youth on their intrior line, especially if Ben Grubbs gets away in free agency. Peter Konz has been the pick here, but Matt Birk looks likely to stay this year. The can find and groom a late-round replacement at center."
