Ravens Odds To Win Super Bowl Grow Longer

The Baltimore Ravens were at one time one of the favorites to win the Super Bowl, but after getting slammed by the Houston Texans last week, their odds now stand at 14-1

Thomas Campbell-US PRESSWIRE

The Baltimore Ravens were at one time one of the favorites to win the Super Bowl earlier this season. Now after getting slammed by the Houston Texans last week, their odds have grown longer and now stand at 14-1 after being 9-1 prior to the defeat, according to wagering site. Bovada.

Although their odds have gotten longer, they are tied with the Denver Broncos for the 8th team most likely to hoist the Lombardi Trophy next February in New Orleans. Those Ravens-beaters from Houston are considered the favorites as they have the shortest odds at 5-1.

Surprisingly, the undefeated Atlanta Falcons are only the 6th choice at 8-1, not even the favorites in the NFC, behind the San Francisco 49ers (13-2), New York Giants (7-1) and Green Bay Packers (15-2).

Over in the AFC, after the Texans and in front of the Ravens and Broncos, are the New England Patriots (13-2).
