Baltimore Ravens wide receiver Torrey Smith joined the Jim Rome Show on the CBS Sports Network to talk about the close victory over the Dallas Cowboys, the death of his brother to an accident recently, as well as the tough loss of both Ray Lewis and Lardarius Webb to season-ending injuries.
Rome, who has been a fixture on the sports talk circuit on both television and radio, might be best known for his physical confrontation with NFL quarterback Jim Everett, whom he refused to stop referring to as Chris Evert, the well-known female tennis star. Jim warned him not to do it again, which of course resulted in it being repeated one more time before Jim Everett turned the table over and pushed Rome to the ground.
Thankfully, for both Rome and Torrey, this didn't need to be repeated during the solid six minute interview.
