Going into this weekend's AFC Championship Game, it appears that both the Baltimore Ravens and New England Patriots are well rested and healthy with no major injuries to report that will be used as an excuse for the loser of this game. The Ravens have no one listed as out, doubtful or even questionable and the only player on the report as even probable is Ed Reed (ankle), although everyone knows he will be ready to play come game-time.
As far as the Patriots are concerned, everyone knows how legendary head coach Bill Belichick is with manipulating the injury report,so don't read too much into it until the inactive list is released just before game-time. The Pats do not list anyone as either out of doubtful but do have a long list of players under the questionable and probable columns, most notably WR's Wes Welker (knee) and Deion Branch (knee), TE Aaron Hernandez (concussion), safety Patrick Chung (knee), guard Logan Mankins (knee), LB Rob Ninkovich (hip) and CB Kyle Arrington (foot).
However, expect New England to be at full strength for the game and perhaps the injuries will begin to mount up as the hard-hitting physical Ravens defense punishes the Patriots offense and the Baltimore running game does the same to their defense.
