In the past, it was rare that any offensive player on the Baltimore Ravens was worthy of a top pick in most fantasy football leagues. Then along came Ray Rice and while he was always considered an all-purpose back, the addition of the best blocking fullback (Vonta Leach) in the league even raised his stock going into the 2011 NFL season. As good as he had been, no one really expected him to become perhaps the best all-around back in the league right now after three games.

Over at SB Nation's fantasy sports site, Fake Teams, they now list Rice as the #1 player in fantasy football. They've done some real in-depth analysis and list their Top 200, so a lot of research has gone into this honor for Rice. He is followed, in order of the top five, by Philadelphia eagles RB LeSean McCoy, Minnesota Vikings RB Adrian Peterson, Detroit Lions WR Calvin Johnson and Oakland Raiders RB Darren McFadden.

The only other players on the Baltimore Ravens to make Fake Teams' Top 200 were WR Anquan Boldin (#80) and QB Joe Flacco (#106).
