Ray Rice Hosting Youth Football Camp

(Here is the Press Release on the Ray Rice Football Camp coming up this weekend)                                               All-American Sports Camps is hosting the Ray Rice Football Camp at Towson University from July 16th-19th. The camp is available for ages 7 to 18 and is broken down into four age groups: 7/10, 11-12, 13-14, 15-18. The aim of the camp is to teach the fundamentals of the game that are often overlooked by other camps and training regimens.  2010 Pro Bowler Ray Rice of the Baltimore Ravens, as well as other current and former Ravens, will work with the coaches at the camp. Additional autograph sessions and an educational seminar on recruiting will also be provided.

Ray Rice is a Pro Bowl running back for the Baltimore Ravens. He just completed consecutive seasons of over 1000 rushing yards, and has quickly developed into one of the top players at his position.  He is coming up on only his fourth season in the league. Additionally, he has exceptional hands for a running back, averaging over 70 catches per season in his previous two seasons. This past January in a wild card playoff win over the Kansas City Chiefs, he became the first running back in Ravens history to have a touchdown catch. Rice was also a standout player at Rutgers where he holds records for most rushing yards in a single season, most rushing touchdowns in a single season, most rushing yards in a single game, and most career rushing touchdowns.

All-American Sports Camps aims to teach the fundamentals of football to all of its campers. With a motto of "Hard Work Pays Off" All-American Sports Camps believes that by starting with teaching the fundamentals of the game, young players will then have the foundation to build their skills and succeed regardless of coaching scheme. AASC also believes that being well prepared in the core skills will breed confidence in young players. The Ray Rice Football Camp is being held from July 16th-19th at Towson University 8000 York Road, Towson, MD 21252.
