Ravens' Rice 'Tweets' Trash Talk With Steelers' Clark

The recent arrest of Pittsburgh Steelers wide receiver Hines Ward has set off an avalanche of comments and criticism of the Steelers organization for just another pro football player in trouble with the law. This time, Ward, who just finished winning the championship of the hit TV show, 'Dancing With The Stars,' was arrested for driving under the influence (DUI).

It addition to the public's backlash, Baltimore Ravens running back Ray Rice has apparently gotten into a bit of a 'tweet-war-of-words' with Steelers safety Ryan Clark. A story on ESPN.com details the dialogue of words between Rice and Clark, started when Rice tweeted, "Well it looks like Hines Ward will miss week 1 when the lockout ends DUI charge not a good look."

Clark took issue with his comments and the exchange of trash talk ensued. Notable from the history of the issue is that Rice's cousin was hit and killed by a drunken driver years ago and he is a spokesperson in a Maryland campaign against drunk driving. Luckily, neither player will have to wait too long to settle this new dispute, as the two teams open the 2011 NFL regular season against each other in Baltimore on September 11th.
