Under Armour Debuts Custom Footballs

Baltimore, MD (June 8, 2011) – Under Armour, Inc (NYSE:UA), a leader in sports performance apparel, footwear and accessories, will introduce their first line of inflatable basketballs and footballs with licensee PSI 91, Inc..The new Under Armour footballs will be available this month and the basketballs will hit stores in November.
 
Under Armour’s inflatable collection will feature a variety of official sizes for both high school and collegiate play. The Under Armour football features proprietary Horween leather with UA GRIPSKIN technology and ARMOUR GRABTACK™ laces, which gives athletes a 107% increase in grip compared to standard laces. 

 
Under Armour basketballs are the first to combine player-preferred high, natural pebble texture and a deep channel design for better control while shooting and passing.  Both the Under Armour footballs and basketballs offer state-of-the-art technology so you don’t just feel the difference, you control it.
