While the players and owners keep trying to reach an understanding on a new CBA, the Baltimore Ravens are firmly represented on the NFL's Competition Committee. Both General Manager Ozzie Newsome and head coach John Harbaugh have seats on the Competition Committee and Coaches Sub-Committee, respectively. This gives the Ravens blanket coverage from both perspectives and while it won't help the team's relatively lackluster offense, perhaps they can both lobby for new rules to benefit QB Joe Flacco and company.
