Baltimore Ravens safety Tom Zbikowski is stepping right back into the boxing ring tomorrow evening, only two weeks after his won a TKO in his second professional fight in Las Vegas. This time the venue will be in Atlantic City opponent will be a former middleweight champion. Before you get too worried for Zbikowski's well being, his opponent was a cage-fighting middleweight champion, not a boxing champ.
Caleb "True Grit" Grummet has only one fight in his professional boxing career, and it was a draw. As an MMA fighter, he was 2-2 as a pro and 2-0 as an amateur. His only MMA fight in 2011 was a three round loss on a unanimous decision in February. He won the middleweight title in the Xtreme Cagefighting Championship (171-185 pounds). Grummet is six feet tall and now weighs 215 pounds.
Expect "Tommy Z" as he is known in the ring, to come out on the winning side in this bout, as he is now training with legendary Boxing Hall of Fame's Emanuel Steward, who wants to get Tom a few "easier" bouts under his belt before he considers really challenging Zbi when it appears he is truly ready for the big time.
