Baltimore Ravens cornerback Domonique Foxworth might have torn his ACL and missed the entire 2010 NFL season but that hasn't prevented him from being significantly involved in talks between the players union and the owners in the negotiation of a new Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA). Foxworth is on the Executive Committee of the National Football League Players Association (NFLPA).
He says owners aren't all unified, thinks some owners want a lockout, and negotiations are like the "whack-a-mole" game. Here, he discusses the most recent negotiations, the sticking points, what it's been like to try and negotiate with the owners, if he knows when talks will resume and the frustration the situation brings him.
