Ravens/49ers Wednesday Injury Report and Game Status

With the Baltimore Ravens playing tonight, they released their final Injury Report & Game Status last night and although you will find out that LB Ray Lewis (foot) is not ruled out, but is listed as questionable, he will obviously still be a game-time decision. The only player confirmed s out is DT Arthur Jones (head). Other players like Lewis listed as questionable include RB Anthony Allen (thigh), CB Chris Carr (back) and LB Dannell Ellerbe (thigh). Safety Haruki Nakamura is the only other Ravens player on the list, noted as probable, meaning he will more than likely be in there on his normal reps in certain defensive packages.

The San Francisco 49ers are virtually completely healthy, as the only player listed as doubtful is RB Bruce Miller (concussion). The following players are listed as probable and expected to play: WR Michael Crabtree (foot), CB Chris Culliver (shoulder), T Anthony Davis (ankle), WR Braylon Edwards (knee) and RB Frank Gore (knee).

Both teams appear to be pretty healthy, although if Ray Lewis does not play, it will leave a huge gap in the middle of the Ravens defense despite the solid play of his replacements in last week's win over the Cincinnati Bengals. However, with the reputations of both defensive units as hard-hitting units, don't be surprised if there are a bunch of walking wounded after this battle that will greatly appreciate the ten day break after this game to recuperate and be ready for the rest of the season.
