Ray Lewisheld his final public appearance before the post season tonight at Mother's Grille in the Federal Hill area of Baltimore City. He was promoting his RL52 Style line of apparel, which includes his now almost-famous "Snuggie" as well as various other clothing. Fans paid anywhere from $20 for general admission and a chance to meet Ray up to $100 VIP tickets that included a hat and t-shirt that Ray would sign, as well as free food and drink in a private area.
Baltimore Beatdown attended and received the aforementioned hat and t-shirt, got 30 seconds or so face time with Ray, but only enough to time to get the t-shirt signed and wish him luck. Meanwhile, the horde of fans downstairs waiting with general admission tickets were getting restless, as many of them had been there for almost three hours by the time I left, and Ray was still upstairs signing the remainder of the VIP's items.
The good news is that a portion of the proceeds will benefit The Ray Lewis Foundation. For more info, go to RL52Style.com.
