The Baltimore Ravens officially open their 2010 Training Camp today as rookies and select veterans report to camp this morning. There is no practice today, but Head Coach John Harbaugh will be speaking to the media this afternoon and Baltimore Beatdown will be there.

Blessed with media crednetials for the second year in a row, I will be on the sidelines when the rookies hit the field for two-a-days beginning Tuesday morning. After another day of pracice on Wednesday, the media and public will not be there on Thursday as the veterans report for the first full-team practice on Friday morning. For the next two-plus weeks, the team will practice in the heat at McDaniel College in Westminster, Maryland until they break camp and head back to Owings Mills for the remainder of pre-season and the regular season which begins with a Monday Night Football matchup with the New York Jets in the New Meadowlands stadium.

It's football season!
