Ravens Show Military Deserved Respect

The Baltimore Ravens always seem willing to show the military respect at every opportunity. They make sure all branches of the service are present and honored before every game, along with both the National Anthem and the song, "God Bless the USA." Head coach John Harbaugh visited the troops over in Iraq and Afghanistan last year and wears a camouflage hat at times in Training Camp.

Speaking of Training Camp, the team hosted all branches of the military on a special day at Training Camp last summer, inviting them on the field post-practice for the team cheer, photo ops and autographs. However, nothing beats the pre-game flyovers by the Navy Jets.

So check out the videos of the flyover, the pre-game tribute and another video of the Navy's Blue Angels that I took one day last summer as the practiced over the Severn River in Annapolis prior to the US Naval Academy's Commencement Exercises. Honor, respect, never forget the ultimate sacrifices so many made and others returned from and most of all, enjoy!

Here is the pre-game on-field musical tribute to the military, followed by the Blue Angels video I shot near Annapolis during their practice prior to the Commencement Exercises last year:
