Baltimore Beatdown's Fantasy Football League Update

New, comment

Baltimore Beatdown is one of the many SB Nation blogs that has partnered with CBSSports.com to set up and run its own fantasy football league. Our league held its draft just prior to the beginning of the 2010 NFL season and while some of the teams relied on the auto-draft "robot" feature to put their team together, it doesn't seem to matter as some of the teams present at the draft are not doing any better than them.

However, this writer's team is tied for the lead in Division 1, although three of the five teams share the top spot at 4-1. The Dallas Cowboys might be a major disappointment this season, but QB Tony ROmo has paid dividends for my fantasy team and along with the Ravens Anquan Boldin, have helped me to the top of the standings. RB DeAngelo Williams (Carolina Panthers) and WR Calvin 'Megatron' Johnson (Detroit Lions) add to the stats on a weekly basis along with what has ended up being a nice surprise as a Team Defense in the Chicago Bears.

So feel free to check out the standings, the teams and lineups throughout the season to keep abreast of how I am smashing the rest of the league on a weekly basis (I hope) by clicking here.
