The Baltimore Ravens made a couple of roster moves today, including activating WR Justin Harper from the Practice Squad to the active roster. Harper, a second year player out of Virginia Tech, made some outstanding catches in Training Camp and pre season, but he also had a habit of dropping balls that he should have caught. However, he is a big target (6'3") and should provide an additional long ball option for QB Joe Flacco.
