NFL Picks - Week #8

The last two weeks, I've gone 9-4, but remember, these are straight up picks not against the spread. However, 9-4 would put me in better shape than most the "experts" over at ESPN. So here we go with this weeks picks:

Chicago over Detroit
Bears offense is begining to take stride under Griese.
Tennessee over Oakland
Titans kicker Rob Bironas won't need eight field goals today.
NY Giants over Miami
They can play this game in my backyard and the Dolphins still wouldn't have a chance!
St. Louis over Cleveland
Rams get first win over Browns as Bulger begins to regain form.
Minnesota over Philadelphia
Vikings defense will rise up as Eagles won't stop A. Peterson.
Cincinnati over Pittsburgh
I might be wishing, as the Steelers have won six straight over the Bengals, but the black & gold have played poorly on the road.
Indianapolis over Carolina
No looking ahead for the Colts, but we are!
NY Jets over Buffalo
Bills have looked good at home, but Jets will win at least one more time this season.
San Diego over Houston
As if the Chargers need the emotional lift to win this game?
Tampa Bay over Jacksonville
The battle of Florida is on! Jaguars in trouble at QB.
New Orleans over San Francisco
With Alex Smith at QB, 49ers still stink. Saints are back!
New England over Washington
Pats not looking ahead either. We can't wait!
Denver over Green Bay (Monday Night Football)
Broncos looked good at home last week in win over Steelers. This one should have a lot of fireworks!

Last Week:  9-4
Season:  18-8

(Give me a break, I just started this two weeks ago!)
