It's been a revolving door for receiver Deonte Thompson this season.
But hey, at least he'll still be with the Ravens once again. After getting waived earlier this week, the Ravens have brought him back to the franchise, albeit to the practice squad.
This is the fourth time the Ravens have made a roster move involving Thompson this season.
Thompson hasn't been active in a game this year and was serving as the seventh receiver on the depth chart. Perhaps the practice squad, at this point, is a better place for him.
However, knowing that Thompson has the kind of talent other teams might want, the Ravens, according to The Baltimore Sun's Aaron Wilson, are paying Thompson an increased salary compared to what other practice squad members make.
To make room for Thompson, the Ravens cut defensive tackle AJ Pataiali'i from the practice squad.
