It's been a source of frustration for Ravens fans for a while. The Ravens upset some NFL powerhouse and then choke on their own vomit next week against some basement dweller. With that in mind here are some possible traps for the Ravens to fall into.
Week 3 at Cleveland
The Browns will either be starting a rookie at QB or a career backup. Either way they'll be doing it without much of a receiving corps. However, the Browns treat games vs. the hated Ravens like the Super Bowl and it would be the highlight of their season to win against them.
Week 6 at Tampa Bay
The Buccaneers will be starting a career backup or Mike Glennon, who still hasn't answered all of Bucs fans questions on whether he can finally be the guy or not and they have questions along the interior line. But the Buccaneers have some talent on offense and a very good defense and could give the Ravens trouble if unprepared.
Week 14 at Miami
The Ravens have never lost to the Dolphins during the John Harbaugh Era and Sun Life Stadium hasn't been a very daunting place for the Ravens as the sea of purple can be recalled from Week 5 of last season. But the Dolphins will be playing for a Wild Card spot and they could need to beat the Ravens to get one.
Week 16 at Houston
The Texans were the worst team in the league last year and don't have much to talk about in the QB department. But they have some talented players on both sides of the ball and it would be a reason for optimism if they could beat the Ravens, who have given the Texans franchise a great amount of trouble.
