Haloti Ngata isn't messing around.
The five-time Pro Bowl defensive tackle got in the gym recently to get a workout in before the beginning of training camp. He impressed those that watched him during a particular grueling-looking exercise.
Ngata did a get-up exercise with a 150-pound dumbbell, which was posted to Facebook by his brother Vili Ngata.
Here's the clip:

Ngata appears exhausted after the first round, which involves him lifting the weight above his head before going to the ground without dropping the dumbbell. After a brief break, he does the same routine again.
Ngata appears leaner, too, a good sign that shows that he looks to be in shape with camp approaching.
