Ray Rice will soon begin his redemption campaign.
Some may never forgive him for being arrested and charge for assaulting his now-wife, Janay Rice at Revel Casino in New Jersey. But the only thing Rice can do is to salvage his reputation, at this time, is to produce on the field.
Rice will likely face a suspension so it's imperative for him, professionally speaking, that he puts in enough work this offseason to be prepared for whenever his first regular season game is. He's been training with Kyle Jakobe, the owner of Sweat Performance. Jakobe posted a video of Rice working out on his Instagram account, giving fans a chance to get a glimpse of what Rice looks like at this time.

Rice seems to possess that trademark agility in this video. He's lost weight this offseason, getting down to 207 pounds so that he can move around easier on the field.
Rice will need to put himself in a position where the Ravens have to put him on the playing field. And that's because If Bernard Pierce, Justin Forsett and/or Lorenzo Taliaferro excel in Rice's absence, and Rice is then deemed replaceable, he very well could be looking for a new team in 2015.
Only a ton of work and preparation can potentially prevent that.
