So there's been talk about the receiving corps being old and slow, what with having a 35 year old Steve Smith and a 31 year old Owen Daniels, and I get that part of it is from Steelers fans who are probably giving us fair payback for all of the old and slow jokes we made about their defense. But it's not true. It's not like 2010 where Joe Flacco was throwing to a 36 year old Derrick Mason, a 30 year old Anquan Boldin, a 33 year old T.J. Houshmanzadeh, and a 30 year old Todd Heap and if I recall he had a fairly good season throwing to those guys. This year the Ravens are going to have a receiving corps of 25 year old Torrey Smith, 35 year old Steve Smith, 23 year old Marlon Brown, 30 year old Jacoby Jones, 29 year old Dennis Pitta, 31 year old Owen Daniels and I suspect that 22 year old Crockett Gillmore and 23 year old Michael Campanaro are going to make some catches as well as 23 year old Kyle Juszczyk.
The Ravens receiving corps is fairly young, but they have some respectable veterans to provide some guidance along the way and with Jacoby Jones and Torrey Smith they certainly aren't slow.
