RealRavensFan Mock Draft 5.0

I've done a lot of research and come to the conclusion that Taylor Lewan nor Ha'Sean Clinton-Dix will be there at 17, so we should draft players who will make our team more dangerous immediately. I don't listen to the "expert" opinions, or these cookie cutter mocks, I watch the tape. It doesn't lie.

1st round: Kelvin Benjamin, WR, FSU-Kelvin Benjamin has the highest ceiling of any receiver from this year's class, and that's saying a lot seeing as he dominated at FSU this past season with Winston spreading the ball around. If he were at a school with not as much talent, he would've put up crazy numbers. Ozzie finally strikes with a 1st round WR who fits Kubiak's system & Flacco's style great.

2nd round: Stanley Jean-Baptiste, FS/CB, Nebraska-SJB is a plug-and-play FS for us. 6'3, 220 with 4.5 speed, WR hands (he played it growing up), and instincts you can't teach. He's a willing tackler who can lay the hat as well. He only played CB at Nebraska because their corners were weak, but he's a safety. Think Brandon Browner, but more of an athletic playmaker.

3rd round: Dri Archer, ATH, Kent State-You can never have enough playmakers, and Kent State's Dri Archer is that then some. He could learn under Steve Smith in the slot, since he has good hands. He could also pick Jacoby's brain as a return man.

3rd round (comp): Kevin Pierre-Louis, LB, Boston College this guy just jumps off the tape. Fast, strong, athletic, instinctive, and can cover like no other in this class. He would make a deadly pair with Arthur Brown after my guy Daryl Smith hangs it up, and he immediately gives us a Pro Bowl caliber special teams player.

4th round (comp): Seantrel Henderson, OT, Miami-If Henderson falls this far, he would be near impossible to pass up. I think Ricky Wagner can be a solid RT, but Henderson has 1st-2nd round talent. Character issues have made him slide, but the talent is there. A solid locker room like Baltimore's could set this guy straight.

4th round (comp): Antone Exum, CB/S, Virginia Tech-a torn acl caused him to fall, but Exum is a big defensive back who makes plays wherever he lines up. At worst, he's a special teams player while trying to get his knee back to %100.

5th round (comp): A.C. Leonard, TE, TSU-Who is A.C. Leonard? The best pure receiving TE in this year's draft. Eric Ebron is being severely overhyped, and the Vernon Davis comparisons are comedic. 6'2, 250+ with 4.4 speed. That's Leonard, not Ebron. I could see him making a lot of plays in Kubiak's system.

6th round (comp): James Wilder Jr., RB, FSU-James is a full grown man who runs harder than any back in Baltimore since Jamal Lewis. He's being slept on, and when you average 7.0 yards per carry, I can't understand. 6'3, 232 with 4.5 speed who can also catch & block. Watch his tape & you'll agree.

*The Benjamin & Dri Archer picks essentialy mean that Deonte Thompson is done in Baltimore, and I have no problem with carrying 6 WRs this season. Tell me what you think.
