Rd.1: Mike Evans It appears that Jim Irsay invited the owners out to a bar the night before the draft and they're still hungover. Fortunately for the Ravens Ozzie wasn't invited and as a result Joe has a new toy. Seriously though can you imagine Flacco with Torrey,Steve,Marlon,Jacoby,Dennis, and Owen? Because that would be a nightmare for defenses. Rd.2:Deone Buchanon. The Ravens secondary just got another hard hitter with Buchanon. He's good in coverage and tackling and the only weakness that I saw with him was that and I quote "His hard hitting nature will lead to many penalties in the NFL." Well gee it seems that Bernard Pollard, Ed Reed, the Legion of Boom, Dashon Goldson, and Donte Whitner didn't let that stop them did they? Rd.3 Antonio Richardson. My original mock had the Ravens taking an RT and Osemele at Guard and I'm sticking with it. Antonio Richardson is a mauler in pass protection and run blocking and at 6'7" he's no small guy. His play to the whistle attitude would make him a good fit as a Raven, especially on a line with Monroe, Osemele, and Yanda. Rd.3 Comp. Terrence West. A good back that can serve as the three down back as a Raven given his role as a workhorse at Towson. He has the patience to thrive in Kubiak's system, He has excellent skills as a receiver, and he is elusive and hard to bring down. Rd.4 Comp. 1 Jacob Pedersen. He's a good blocker and a good receiver. He needs to work on both of those and bulk up a bit, but with Daniels around the Ravens can afford to redshirt him this year. Rd.4 Comp 2 Justin Ellis. He can get past offensive linemen to tackle the ballcarrier, he also has a nice ability to bat down passes at the line of scrimmage. Rd.5 Comp. DeDe Lattimore. He's a good blitzer, good at coverage, and tackling. However he needs to bulk up so as a result he'll probably spend time on special teams first. Rd.6 Aaron Colvin. Before tearing his ACL he was a second rounder. If he's healthy enough to start he'll be a good addition. If not he can be a steal in the future.
