Hey guys mock draft 2.0 here and it is OT this time. Let me know what you guys think!
1st Round (Pick 17): Zack Martin OT (Notre Dame)
Ozzie likes to have versatility in all of his positions and the offensive line is not an exception. Martin could be a solid RT for the Ravens and worse case scenario is that he becomes a Pro Bowl guard with Yanda.
2nd Round (Pick 48): Troy Niklas TE (Notre Dame)
Ok this guy is BIG time! A dominate blocker with the dimensions (6-7, 270) to basically be a third tackle on pass protection, huge red zone target for Joe, and another versatile body for Ozzie.
3rd Round (Pick 79): Jarvis Landry WR (LSU)
Solid WR pick here for the Ravens, was a potential first rounder but fell past his teammate Odell Beckham Jr. He could use some grooming but after that could be a very good wide out for the future.
3rd Round (Compensatory Pick 99): Kenny Ladler FS (Vanderbilt)
Love this kid! Ladler has all the tools to be a solid FS. Can also play special teams if needed. Also being compared to Antoine Bethea isn’t bad either.
4th Round (Compensatory Pick 134): Ross Cockrell CB (Duke)
A very underrated CB here. Gave Johnny Football a very hard time in the bowl game. He was a huge contributing factor to that shut down Duke secondary. Definitely a hidden gem in this year’s draft.
4th Round (Compensatory Pick 138): Max Bullough ILB (Michigan State)
Something about this guy is special; he is flying up draft boards and may not make it passed here. Ravens grab an awesome ILB.
5th Round (Compensatory Pick 175): David Fales QB (San Jose State) OR Deandre Coleman DT/DE (Cal)
I originally had Tom Savage here but on ESPN Todd McShay put him in the 2nd round, so I guess the secret is out about Savage. But Fales is still a quality pick here to battle Tyrod for the backup position and should win.
Deandre Coleman is a versitile defensive lineman with the ability to play nose-tackle or the five technique defensive end. Guy brings a big presence to the defensive front and would be a nice pair with Williams after Ngata is done.
6th Round (Pick 194): James White RB (Wisconsin)
Obvious connection here for the Ravens, just hired Thomas Hammock and White has one down side and that is his height but other than that has a lot of potential.
