2 4ths, 1 5th for comps
Round 1: Best Case and Realistic Option- Eric Ebron, TE, UNC. We could use a TE and Ebron has a lot of great tools. He share qualities with Vernon Davis. He can block decently. Perfect first rounder for us.
Round 2: Best Case and Realistic Option- Jordan Matthews, WR, Vanderbilt. I know I've been swaying back and forth on Matthews, but he looks like he has a good chance of being here in the 2nd round. He is a perfect pick here.
Round 3: Best Case- Billy Turner, OT, North Dakota State University. Billy Turner is a very good OT who has good size and could step in and play RT for us. Realistic Option- Ja'Wuan James, OT, Tennessee. This is another guy that I would like to draft then plug in at RT.
Round 4 Comp #1: Best Case- Dion Bailey, S, USC. He is a very good S. He played some LB in college, like Kam Chancellor. While Kam is a SS, Bailey can play FS. Realistic Option- Kenny Ladler, S, Vanderbilt. He is also a good S who could play FS next to Elam.
Round 4 Comp #2: Best Case- E.J. Gaines, CB, Missouri. This would be a good slot CB pick up. Realistic Option- Deion Belue, CB, Alabama. This is another good slot CB. He can struggle against big WR's, but slot CB's usually don't have to deal with big receivers.
Round 5 Comp: Best Case- Tyler Larsen, C, Utah State. Larsen is a very good center who also has some good size to aid him. Realistic Option- Marcus Martin, C, USC. Martin is a good C who also has lots of room to improve.
Round 6: Best Case- Brent Urban, DE, Virginia. This is a solid D-Linemen who is just depth at this point in the draft. Realistic Option- Taylor Hart, DE, Oregon. Just more D-Line depth.
Round 7 Dolphins Pick: Best Case and Realistic Option- Max Bullough, LB, Michigan. This is a good run-stopping ILB for us.
I'm not doing a positional rerun, because its the same position each round. And here's my question. Do you guys want a bigger receiver, such as Mike Evans, an all around receiver, such as Jordan Matthews or Allen Robinson, or a small shifty slot receiver, such as Brandin Cooks? Remember, these are just examples.
