Ravens postgame injury update

Terrence Cody sprained his knee against the Texans and could miss the next couple of weeks as a result. - US PRESSWIRE

Here's a quick roundup of who came out of Sunday's game banged up.

Terrence Cody: Cody injured his knee early in the first quarter and it appeared to be serious at first. It didn't seem he could place any weight on it and needed help walking off the field. It was determined to be a sprain and he was unable to return to Baltimore's 30-9 win over Houston. However, it doesn't appear to be a an issue that will sideline Cody for too long.

"It does not look to be a long-term sprain," coach John Harabugh told reporters after the game. "We’ll know more tomorrow. It could be this week, but more likely, it will be a couple weeks – we’ll see."

Shaun Draughn: The third-string running back only saw a handful of carries today and wound up spraining his ankle. Harbaugh called it a high ankle sprain afterward, which generally has a four-week timetable.

"I don’t know the severity of it, but it is termed right now as a high ankle," Harbaugh said.

Though it sounds somewhat bad, Draughn told the Baltimore Sun's Aaron Wilson that it's not as bad as it may appear.

Albert McClellan: McClellan sustained a minor hip injury. It's unknown how much practice time he could potentially miss or if his game status against Buffalo next week is in jeopardy.
