It's always a good thing when the Baltimore Beatdown community is able to spread its wealth of knowledge across the internet.
Such is the case with our very own Brian Malan, or better known around here as "Mr. MaLoR." Brian participated in an interview with the fantasy sports site Razz Ball (which specializes in baseball, actually) and was asked about a variety of Ravens topics and how they relate to the upcoming 2013 fantasy football season.
We'll have some more fantasy football content coming up in the next few days, given that a lot of drafts are going to begin wrapping up soon. Preseason football is (finally) coming to an end, which means it's time to study up before the drafts.
Anyway, before you hop on over to read Brian's interview, here's a quick excerpt, on the topic of Joe Flacco's fantasy value for the upcoming season:
"I don’t think we will ever see Flacco be the top fantasy option that people seek. Now, that isn’t to say he can’t be, he is fully capable of doing so if need be and we saw this in that playoff stretch. The reason is because of our system. When you have workhorses like Ray Rice and Bernard Pierce back there, you give those guys the ball."
