Joe Flacco and the Baltimore Ravens have agreed to terms on a new contract, according to multiple reports. Flacco, the 2013 Super Bowl MVP, was scheduled to be a free agent. If the Ravens weren't able to sign him, he was destined for the franchise tag.
In an earlier story on BaltimoreRavens.com, ESPN's Adam Schefter said Flacco would become the highest paid player in NFL history. Terms of the deal, including both length and dollar amount have not been released as of this writing.
