There are many people who are conservative in terms of the staff, then their is me, who, especially during game-day threads, are calling for the heads of nearly everybody. Let me go over our 5 major coaches , and talk about their realistic security, and my opinion on security.
John Harbaugh: Realistic Security- 100% Safe. My opinion- 100% Safe. He is in no danger of losing his job, but he does need to learn how to fire useless assistants.
Jim Caldwell: Realistic Security- 70% Safe. My opinion- 40% Safe. He is probably not going to be fired, but I would like to nab someone like Rob Chudzinski or maybe even Mike Shanahan as an O-coordinator. I know lots are against Shanahan, but I like the what he could do with Joe. Joe and John Elway share a couple of qualities.
Dean Pees: Realistic Security- 100%. My opinion- 75%. Again, I am one of the people who sometimes go overboard on calling to get coaches fired. I don't hate Pees, but I like Chuck Pagano and Rex Ryan more. But to be fair, that's why they're head coaches and Pees is just a coordinator. The main thing against him (in my opinion) is his lack of creativity. I would love to see a creative coordinator with the personnel we have now. I would be perfectly fine if we kept him though too.
Jerry Rosburg: Realistic Security- 100%. My opinion- 100%. There would be no need to replace him, because our ST's has always seemed good to me. Tucker was a great pickup. Koch has been doing good recently. Jacoby is rocking, and our kick/punt coverage has been fine.
Juan Castillo: Realistic Security- 55%. My opinion- 0%. He should be fired. Our O-Line has faced such a regression, with him being the main one to be blamed. He probably won't be fired, but he should be. Eugene Monroe is the only player who really seems comfortable ZB.
