Hey everyone! I am looking forward to our matchup in Baltimore this Sunday. It's been a roller-coaster season for both teams, and it's a very critical game for both of them. The Bengals are 6-3 and are coming off perhaps the most up-and-down two-game stretch in franchise history: they annihilated a decent team with a winning record (Jets) by 40, and that's considering the Bengals took the foot off the gas pedal midway through the third quarter; then, they had everything go wrong for them at the Dolphins in terms of not making plays (lots of drops), poor officiating (led directly to a 14-point swing in one case but was still not the primary reason they lost), and losing Geno Atkins for the year. The loss itself paled in comparison to losing Atkins. The Bengals performance in the game can probably be chalked up to the typical sloppy TNF game for both the Bengals and Dolphins, just like the Bengals had a very sloppy win at the Eagles last year on TNF (I personally think the concept of TNF is stupid), but the Atkins injury has long-term ramifications. It's far from over for the Bengals, though.
Please feel free to leave questions about the Bengals below.
