Mock Draft 6.0

Same deal. I'll give us our picks, and 4 comps (2 4ths, 1 5th, and 1 6th). My range is in the low-mid teens at this point.

1st round- Best Case: Mike Evans, WR, Texas A&M. Mike Evans is doing great in A&M this year and would be a great complement for Torrey Smith. Trade down. This would be a good option if a QB needy team panics and overpays to get the one they want. Realistic Option: HaHa Clinton Dix, S, Alabama. I would also love this pick. He is more of a FS to go with Elam playing his natural SS.

2nd round- Best Case: Zach Martin, OL, Notre Dame. I've seen multiple people compare him to Justin Pugh. I think someone like this would be a perfect fit, because he can play either G or RT, whichever one Kelechi Osemele doesn't play. Realistic Option: James Hurst, OT, UNC. He will play RT if Oher leaves and could play LT if needed in case Monroe left or got injured.

3rd round- Best Case: Shayne Skov, LB, Stanford. This is our complement to Arthur Brown, and it is a good value here. Realistic Option: Donte Moncrief, WR, Ole Miss. This is a receiver I am a big fan of. He is one of my favorite WR's outside of Evans, Watkins, Marqise Lee, and Jordan Matthews.

4th round comp- Best Case: Ty Zimmerman, S, Kansas State. He would be a good starting S next to Elam and is worth it, being in the 4th round. Realistic Option: Chris Borland, LB, Wisconsin. He is a good fit in the 3-4, and displays a skill set that goes along well with Arthur Brown. He is a better pass rusher and run stuffer, while Brown is better in coverage.

4th round comp #2- Best Case: C.J. Fiedorowicz, TE, Iowa. Believe me, this is EXTREMELY unlikely. But it is still possible, so its my best case. He would be a good TE to complement Dennis Pitta. Realistic Option: Arthur Lynch, TE, Georgia. He is a good all-around TE to complement Pitta.

5th round comp- Best Case and Realistic Option: Andre Hal, CB, Vanderbilt. My stubborn pick. A great value for a decent CB, who could possibly start.

6th round- Best Case and Realistic Option: Gabe Ikard, C/G, Oklahoma. We need an improvement at C, and Ikard is one of the better values here.

6th round comp- Best Case: Bruce Gaston, DL, Purdue. It is just D-Line depth, nothing more, nothing less. Realistic Option: Beau Allen, DL, Wisconsin. Again, just D-Line depth.

Now recapping, I think I filled our needs well, while also still getting value.

Best Case: WR, OL, LB, S, TE, CB, C/G, DL.

Realistic Option: S, OT, WR, LB, TE, CB, G/C, DL.
