What about Jonathan Martin at RT next year?

With the whole bullying thing going on, he will be called a wimp (except uncensored) and according to Incognito a hypocrite. I feel like our locker room is good enough (with Pollard gone) that we could try to take him in while his value is at its lowest and maybe snag him for a 4th (Next years, not this years). While people will point to Ozzie's love of drat picks, this seems like one of those good trades for multiple reasons. 1-Talent. He was a low 1st-2nd round talent and would probably play a lot better then he actually is playing at RT with Yanda, if we ever fix our blocking issues. This kid has talent, he just isn't good enough to be a solid LT at this time. 2- Cost. He is still on his rookie contract, so it would be acquiring a cheap talent instead of either paying more for a known commodity or using a higher pick on one (Which is what you'd probably have to do if you want one ready to start right away). 3-Potential. What I'm saying here is that if he becomes good enough, we might be able to get a return much better than what we paid. If he either dominates at RT or does good at LT if Monroe is injured, the going rate for a starting LT could be high (if he has a long term deal). While it probably won't happen, what do you think? Do you think he'd be a good acquisition? Do you think we'll draft his replacement? Do you think we have his replacement (Rick Wagner maybe?)? I'm assuming Oher is gone because of us getting Eugene Monroe, and Monroe being more important right now.
