Little did anyone know, Mayberry R.F.D.'s Andy Griffith saw his first football game a long time ago and originally had no idea what he was witnessing. In this YouTube video, Griffith did a comedy show way back in 1953 on his first football experience.

Unfortunately, there was no accompanying video, so a skilled cartoon-ographer (?) had to visually describe as best as possible. Griffith uses his slow, witty delivery, and with his strong southern drawl, makes it a truly enjoyable listen.
