It's 4pm Monday afternoon and at the time of writing this, there has been no news on the signing of Baltimore Ravens RB Ray Rice to a long-term deal to do away with his Franchise Tag. The deadline is now and although there is always a chance that the deal has been agreed upon and we will find out shortly, the odds are beginning to get longer as the clock ticks down.

NFL.com gives the Ravens a Rice a decent shot of getting something done in the final hours, as they did the same thing on deadline day a few years ago with DT Haloti Ngata.
