We all know we wish we could be the ones calling the shots at times. Dreaming to be a GM is one of many. However, there's a reason they're doing it, not us. But I'm here to reflect on the Baltimore Ravens draft and say who I would have drafted:
35: Courtney Upshaw (OLB-Alabama): Perfect selection here. Fill the need of OLB, sets the edge greatly and can complement Terrell Suggs generally well. Still suprised he fell out of the first round.
60: Reuben Randle (WR-LSU): Yes, I loved the Kelechi Osemele pick, but I would have gone reciever here. He's 6'3." and ran a 4.55 40-yard dash. Had good production too. I just felt guard could have been addressed later, as Jah Reid has been working on the position.
(Read more on how I would have drafted for the Ravens after the 'Jump')
84: Joe Looney (OG-Wake Forest): Adresses guard need, adds depth and could have competed with Jah to start.
98: Robert Turbin (RB-Utah State): Adds competition in RB battle. Similar to Bernard Pierce, just had some injury concerns.
130: Christian Thompson (SS-South Carolina State): He's "Ed Reed-approved." Nuff Said.
169: Asa Jackson (CB-Cal Poly-SLO): Steal! Love it, adds depth, can't argue it.
198: Emmanuel Acho (LB-Texas): He was rumored to be better than his brother, Sam Acho. Adds LB depth.
236: Cam Johnson (LB-Virginia): Don't know why he fell this far, but a good pass rusher. Adds depth and competes as a DE and OLB.
How would you guys have done it? Only rule is our pick would be gone within 10 picks, so it wouldn't be avaliable at our picks slot.
