Jonathan Ogden Selected To College Football HOF

According to a story on cbssports.com, former Ravens LT Jonathan Ogden was elected to the College Football Hall of Fame on Tuesday. Ogden played at UCLA. Following his collegiate career, Ogden was selected fourth overall by Baltimore in 1996, making him the first pick in franchise history. Ogden is a member of Baltimore's Ring of Honor.

Ogden was the best lineman the Ravens have ever drafted. Not only was he there first draft pick but their second was Ray Lewis. That has to be the best first two draft picks ever by a team in their first draft. Two sure fire Hall Of Famers in the same round in the same draft...

Congratulations to John Ogden, he gave us his best years and we got the best in the game at his position. I doubt the Ravens will ever have another left tackle like Ogden. He was a once in a lifetime player.
