Former Baltimore Ravens scout Daniel Jeremiah has joined the NFL Network and his initial story on NFL.com is ranking the league's divisions on the strength of their quarterback play. The AFC North ranked 5th out of the eight divisions.

From Pittsburgh Steelers QB Ben Roethlisberger to Baltimore Ravens QB Joe Flacco to Cincinnati Bengals QB Andy Dalton and the combination of Cleveland Browns QB's Colt McCoy and rookie Brandon Weeden, it just isn't enough to compete with the four divisions rated higher than the AFC North.

Number one on the list and deservedly so, is the NFC South. Their four QB's include New Orleans Saints QB Drew Brees, Atlanta Falcons QB Matt Ryan, Carolina Panthers QB Cam Newton and Tampa Bay Buccaneers QB Josh Freeman lead the NFL in Jeremiah's opinion.

Green Bay Packers QB Aaron Rodgers may be one of the best in the league but his division is dragged down by Minnesota Vikings QB Christian Ponder, just like the Browns' tandem does the same to the Ravens division.
