Cundiff missed the game-tying field goal in the Ravens 23-20 loss to the New England Patriots in the AFC Championship Game and has been vilified ever since.

In the advertisement, which appears innocuous until you read the shipping info, which states:

According to the story, the team has confirmed this is in no way associated with the Ravens, their website or team store. The article goes on to admonish whomever posted this for even trying to sell a Cundiff youth jersey for over $100.
