Four Ravens Lead Pro Bowl Voting

Stay connected for news and updates

Kent Nishimura

Although there is one glaring omission, four Ravens players may be invited to Hawaii.

With one conspicuously noticeable omission, four members of the Baltimore Ravens lead their respective positions in the AFC voting for the 2013 Pro Bowl. DT Haloti Ngata, FB Vonta Leach, FS Ed Reed and KR Jacoby Jones remain the leading vote-getters with five weeks of voting left at NFL.com/ProBowl.

Unfortunately, the name of Ray Lewis is nowhere to be found in the top candidates at each position. Lewis' injury has kept him out of the limelight and therefore it may appear that his run at being among the stars of this game could be at an end.

Regardless, the other Ravens players may end up getting invited to the game but not be able to make it,as the game will be played once again in Hawaii, but also the week between the conference championship games and the Super Bowl. Since there is every reason to hope and expect the Ravens will take that next step and make the Big Game, the vote may end up irrelevant for these four players.

Congratulations anyway!
