The Ravens signed former Raiders cornerback Chris Johnson on Tuesday in a move to strengthen our dinged up secondary.

In a move to help reinforce the Baltimore Ravens' defense the Baltimore Ravens have signed former Raiders cornerback Chris Johnson. To make room for this signing Bobby Rainey has been moved to the injured reserved list, effectively taking him off of the 53-man roster. This move comes after the Ravens lost Lardarius Webb to an ACL injury and Jimmy Smith to a groin injury.

In the 29 games which Johnson started for the Raiders he reigned in a modest eight interceptions. Hopefully this signing helps to fortify the Ravens' weakened defense.

Chris Johnson's stats can be found here
