Please bear with me that I have only been really "into" football since the beginning of last year's season and thus, my analysis is still not deep enough of the game, though I vaguely followed the Ravens each year ever since my dad became a fan (not a hardcore one) of the Ravens in '96. I watched the second half of the Steelers game and to be honest, I was ecstatic when Big Ben went down and it looked like the Chiefs could pull of a win. Alas, Ryan Succop couldn't kick a 31-yard FG (Billy Cundiff-esque?) and Matt Cassel went into Matt Cassel mode by throwing an INT during overtime. However, watching the Steelers pitiful D and O gave me a lot of confidence - though Charlie Batch was inactive and will likely be active next week if Big Ben is out. As I am typing this up, his injury looked to be like one that would cause him to miss a certain amount of time ... Hopefully, the Ravens can capitalize on this and sweep the Steelers for the second year in a row!
Go Ravens!
