If you’re referring to Paschal, he was injury waived, so he’s already off the roster. They need to make one more move by Tuesday, and I wonder if they’ll just slide Hardy to IR.

Was he? Guess we're making one more move then. Got a few days to figure it out.
There’s still a number of guys with little to no chance of making the team we could cut or IR. Hardy being one of them.
I Guess
Cousins was released so that he could latch on with somebody else -pretty decent of the Ravens organization.
Kind of surprised as I thought we could use him, at least through the next game as a sacrificial body. I can only surmise that McKinnie is further along than we originally thought.

Cousins could be a practice squad guy
they might like to keep him around to see if he can play guard/emergency tackle. I doubt anyone would claim him.
Agree about Bartholomew
Kiper had him rated pretty high, shocked he didnt get drafted. I think we would benefit from keeping him on the Pract squad.
The first cuts...
…seem to be for guys who definitely aren’t going to make along with a couple of guys who have a good chance of getting picked up by another team. I busted all over Cousins because he just didn’t seem to have the work ethic. Maybe somewhere else he’ll get it. I liked Harper but we’ve got that project Torrey Smith to try and make something out of (go figure), so Justin gets his walking papers. Good luck Harper.
Ozzie has some class
Just like he did in releasing Mason, Heap & Gregg early to give them a head start in signing with other teams, Ozzie released Stupar, Cousins and Harper early to give them their best shot.
Still scratching my head on Bartholomew though. Thought he was top of the depth chart over Murphy, Boren & Barnes and sure bet to make it to PS.

Good news, Birk, Yanda, and Mckinnie practicing today.

Yea, I just saw that about Evans....

I really really hope it’s nothing serious or even enough to keep him out for week 1. Guess we’ll see.

It was a slow news day ...
… Ravens FO just wanted to give the press something to write about besides Irene.

The guys released are not being re-signed
as they won’t be signed to Prctice Squad, just the guys who are released on the last cut.
