The Ravens may have their first draft pick locked in, as several reports have stated that they reached an agreement with second-rounder Torrey Smith. With Baltimore’s first training camp practice scheduled for Thursday at 1 p.m., that would mean Smith would be on the field. The Ravens have not confirmed Smith’s agreement, although the rookie told media on Wednesday that he expected expeditious negotiations. While the Ravens do not comment on the length of deals, reports have set Smith’s at four years. The speedy Maryland receiver came to Baltimore with the 58th-overall selection, potentially providing the Ravens with a coveted deep threat. Last year, Smith turned in a blockbuster campaign in College Park, tallying 67 receptions for 1,055 yards and 12 touchdowns.  In doing so, Smith became only the second wideout in Terrapins history to top the 1,000-yard mark. With the pending release of veteran Derrick Mason, Smith could see a big role with the Ravens’ offense as a dangerous weapon for quarterback Joe Flacco.
